Our Betting Service
Whilst most other syndicates sit on the fence when it comes to betting, we make no secret that betting is a large part of what we do. Whether that's trying to land a touch with one of our own horses, or making a profit via our betting advisory service, if you find betting enjoyable, then we could be just what you're looking for.
For the past 7 out of 8 years (2016-2023) our betting advisory service has made a level stakes profit using Betfair SP. During this time we have had 540 bets, in which 133 won (24.6% strike rate). The results have produced a profit of £15,314 to £100 level stakes, giving a return on investment of +25.8%. (See annual results below).
Owners
No matter what sized share you own, when becoming an owner with Howard Duff Racing, you will be given the option to receive all of our personal bets throughout your time with us. You will not be charged for this service, as its simply offered to you as a complimentary service for being involved in the ownership side. It is 100% optional if you'd like to receive the selections, as we appreciate that not everybody likes a bet.
Non-Owners
If owning a racehorse is not your thing, or there are no shares available, then you can still receive our betting advisory selections. We do charge for this service (£500 for the turf flat season), but we offer a full money back guarantee if we don’t make a level stakes profit (using Betfair SP). Profits will be calculated from the date you join the service, until the end of the turf flat season. If we haven’t made a profit, then we’ll simply refund you the £500. We can't be fairer than that!!

Smart Betting Club (SBC)
All of our selections are proofed to the Smart Betting Club. (www.smartbettingclub.com). SBC is an independent and honest reviewer and assessor of tipster services, systems and strategies. In March 2024 we were delighted to be awarded 'Hall of Fame' status. Our betting is done throughout the flat racing season, which runs from the end of March until the beginning of November.
All selections will be emailed the night before each race, and we will always include an up to date profit/loss spreadsheet when emailing the selections to you.
We use Betfair SP to calculate our profits.

Important
1. Betting on horses is a very high risk. Although profits have been made over 7 of the past 8 years, there is no guarantee that this will continue in future. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
